Wine Information
Alc. 16.2%, Residual sugar 5.5 g/L, Acidity 5.6 g/L, Sugar-free extract 22 g/L, Yield 40 hl/ha = 27 oz (800ml)/vine.

Harvested on the15th of November, 2009 from our first class Király vineyard.

Destemming, overnight cold soak in pneumatic press, gentle pressing and settling.

Completely natural, local wild yeast fermentation without any nutrient addition.

Barrel fermented and aged in new Hungarian oak barrels (Kádár Hungary, 225L, medium toast) for 16 months.

Fined and filtered using bentonite/paper filter.

Hand bottled on 12-13th of March, 2011. Cork: Procork Natur Extra, 45x24 mm

8,012 bottles produced (750 ml, Burgundy Tradition)

Aged in bottle for 6 months prior to its release in September of 2011
